Scott Horton to Present on Workplace Harassment at State Conference
 
 
            BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that Scott P. Horton served as a presenter on the topic of "Workplace Harassment & Bullying in the Workplace" at the New York State Public Employer’s Labor Relations Association (NYSPELRA) 37th Annual Training Conference in Saratoga Springs, NY.             Mr. Horton is an Associate in the Firm's Labor & Employment and E-Discovery & Records Management practice groups. He is a frequent lecturer on a full range of labor issues, with particular emphasis on the implications of social media in the workplace. 

            He is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations, Bar Association of Erie County, Organization of Public Employment Negotiators and Labor and Employment Relations Association of Western New York. He serves as a student mentor for the Bennett High School Law Magnet Program and is currently a candidate completing the Leadership Buffalo Rising Leaders program.
