Thomas Brydges Honored by Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site Foundation

                        BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that Partner Thomas E. Brydges was presented with the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site Foundation's 2011 President’s Award. The award is given annually to an individual or organization for outstanding service to the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site. Mr. Brydges was honored for twelve years of dedicated service as secretary of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, continuing the long tradition of involvement by Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel.   Foundation President Stanton H. Hudson, Jr. presented the award at a reception in the TR Site’s Carriage House at a reception on May 12th. The President’s Award was presented for the first time in 1991.

            Thomas E. Brydges is a partner in the Firm's Labor and Employment practice group. He has appeared before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the State and Federal courts in defense of clients under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the New York Human Rights Law. He assists clients in drafting, implementing and administering Affirmative Action Plans and provides advice on the New York and Federal Prevailing Rate Laws and requirements. Mr. Brydges also advises a number of colleges on issues relating to Higher Education Law. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Daemen College, as a  Director of the Artpark & Company Advisory Committee and recently completed a twelve year term as Secretary of the  Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site Foundation.
