Jaeckle Partner Tim C. Loftis Appointed to 
New York State Dormitory Authority Board
           
BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm, is pleased to announce that Partner Tim C. Loftis has been appointed a Member of the New York State Dormitory Authority Board by Governor Cuomo, following approval by the State Senate.  Mr. Loftis’ term on the Board will expire on March 31, 2015.


Mr. Loftis currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, and as Vice Chair of the Jaeckle Fleischmann Executive Committee. He concentrates his practice in business and corporate matters with an emphasis on transactional matters, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions as well complex commercial financing transactions. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Mr. Loftis earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
