Tim Loftis Elected Chair of Buffalo Niagara Partnership Board of Directors

                        BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that Tim C. Lofits was elected Chair of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s Board of Directors.  The Buffalo Niagara Partnership represents nearly 2,500 employer members, working for improved business competitiveness and expanded economic activity in the region.  The Partnership advocates at the local, state and national level for policies and resources to increase private sector investment and jobs.


                        Mr. Loftis is a partner in the Firm's Business and Corporate practice group, and serves as Vice Chair of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He has extensive experience in connection with business and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on transactional matters. His work has included domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as, complex commercial financing transactions. Mr. Loftis received his B.A., magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D., cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
