WILLIAM C. GROSSMAN JOINS JAECKLE FLEISCHMANN AS SPECIAL COUNSEL
BUFFALO, NEW YORK - Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that William C. Grossman has joined the Firm as Special Counsel in the Firm's Litigation and Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice groups.
Mr. Grossman joined the Firm after a 20-year career at National Grid USA Service Co./Niagara Mohawk Power Corp., where he began his career managing defensive discovery operations for complex commercial litigation matters involving the construction of the Nine Mile Point Two Nuclear Station. As National Grid's Senior Counsel, he supervised all commercial and consumer bankruptcy, credit and collections matters across New York State. Most recently, Mr. Grossman served as Deputy General Counsel at Counsel Financial Services, LLC where he represented commercial lenders in debtor/creditor litigation and bankruptcy cases.
Mr. Grossman earned his B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Oswego and his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law. He will practice from the Firm's Buffalo office.
