Attorneys in our Real Estate practice group represent large and small business entities, lenders, developers, individuals, and estates in structuring and implementing land transactions and resolving issues concerning ownership or use of real property.

Working closely with the firm's corporate and environmental attorneys, our real estate practitioners provide legal counsel in sophisticated transactions involving commercial and industrial sites. In addition to handling acquisitions and sales of real property, our attorneys assist clients with other aspects of commercial development including financing, leasing, subdivision, negotiation of easements, and implementation of restrictive covenants. The attorneys in the Real Estate practice group also represent banks and other institutional lenders in various types of loan transactions. We handle litigation matters related to zoning, real property taxes and assessments, foreclosures and workouts, quiet title proceedings and landlord-tenant disputes. We also provide full service to clients in the acquisition, financing, and sale of residences and vacation properties.
