Nicholas J. Hoffman is an associate in the Firm's Business & Corporate practice group concentrating on general corporate matters, corporate financing, contract drafting and mergers and acquisitions.

Experience:

Prior to joining Jaeckle Fleischmann, Mr. Hoffman served as a Law Clerk at the Buffalo Office of the New York State Attorney General.  Mr. Hoffman previously served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, where he received numerous awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.  While in law school, he worked as an editor on the Buffalo Law Review and participated in numerous moot court competitions, including the Albert R. Mugel National Tax Moot Court Competition.
